Job Summary
To provide production with quality chemically analyze batches and maintain operation of the recycling water systems, with minimal supervision or assistance from peers.

Job Summary
To provide production with quality chemically analyze batches and maintain operation of the recycling water systems, with minimal supervision or assistance from peers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate batches in at least one program by verifying all raw materials against batch records; understand/follow lot control requirements, expiration dates and quantities.
- Must be able to properly transfer batch slurry and have knowledge of valve location and piping of at least one program.
- Must be able to maintain inventories of batch, process waters, water treatments and all pertinent records in each workstation and in the database, in at least one program.
- Must perform specialized testing for Kraft moisture, slurry consistencies, process water pH and turbidity and wash down water chemical requirements.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with co-workers, direct supervisors, and production supervisors.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above
- Understand and live by Armtec’s ethics and business conduct policies
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible and reliable to work any shift, schedule on short notice, including overtime and work shut down periods. Must possess problem solving/trouble shooting capabilities with minimal guidance.
- Must be capable of working independently or in teams with minimal supervision.
- Must be dependable, responsible, and accurate and have the ability to deal with people effectively.
- Must understand and follow MSPI’s, MSDS overview and have training in confined space entry, and have basic knowledge of ISO-9001:2000, basic computer training and other specialized training. Proper training for power washing tank cleaning.
- Must be respirator certified, training will be provided but must PASS a health test.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorization from the U.S. Government
