Job Summary
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, given priority to safety, quality, and output respectfully. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; working with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) on improvements; and addressing complains and resolving problems.
Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business reports
  • Ability to write reports and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various groups
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, common fractions, decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and have mechanical aptitude
  • Manufacturing background required
  • Must be dependable, responsible, and accurate and have the ability to deal with people effectively.
  • Have Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience.
